Please note that all payments are processed and verified through Paypal. You do NOT need a Paypal account to make a purchase.

Conditions for Personal Checks:

If you decide you would rather make a purchase with a personal check, you must first contact our customer service department for instructions.  We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we do this for your safety as well ours. Thank you for understanding.

Disputed Charges & Chargebacks Policy:

If you feel that we have charged you an incorrect amount on a purchase, please contact Customer Service (Email: customerservice@mancaveplus.com or Phone: 1-888-238-6151) as soon as possible so we can quickly review your order and make any corrections that are needed.  In the event you decide to dispute an accurate charge with your credit card company, you will be responsible for any and all chargeback fees imposed on us by your credit card company (min. charge of $20). In addition, you will still be responsible for payment of any unpaid monetary amount owed to us for any purchased merchandise.

Return Policy

60 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within the first 60 days, we will refund your money, exchange the item, or give you a store credit. When exchanging an item for the same item, please note that you may be offered a similar and comparable item if the original item is out of stock and/or no longer available from the manufacturer. (Please read the entire return policy for conditions)

Please notify Man Cave Plus, LLC with any intent to make a return to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) BEFORE shipping the return!!! Without this number, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.

When returning or exchanging an item:

  • ALL returns must include the original receipt.
  • ALL returns must be shipped through a shipping service that will provide a tracking number (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, etc.) 
  • ALL returns MUST be insured to the full value of the item. Lost packages will not be considered for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • The original cost of shipping will not be refunded. This includes any shipping costs incurred by Man Cave Plus LLC associated with any product marked, sold or shipped as FREE SHIPPING.
  • A Return Authorization Number must be obtained by contacting Man Cave Plus, LLC prior to shipping the return. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the box to be considered for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • ALL returns must be shipped within (7) days of obtaining the RAN. If the item does not get shipped within those (7) days, please contact us for a new RAN.
  • ALL items MUST be returned in the condition they were delivered.
  • ALL items must be in like-new and re-sellable condition (no scratches, no dents, no broken parts, etc.)
  • ALL items must be re-packaged and shipped similar to the manner in which they were originally shipped and must include the original box, packaging, styrofoam, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.
  • If returning fragile items, please take extra care in re-packaging these items. We cannot be responsible for broken items upon arrival to our warehouse.

Returning a Damaged Product:

If an item arrives that is damaged, but there does not appear to be damage to box at the time of delivery, contact Man Cave Plus, LLC for further instructions. DO NOT SHIP the item back without obtaining a RAN. In this case there will be no additional cost to you for shipping. An exchange for a damaged item will depend on availability of item at the time of exchange. In the event the item is no longer available, a comparable item will be offered to the customer as a replacement.

If there appears to be damage to boxes/containers upon delivery, please read the 'Damaged and or Missing Shipments' found below in the Shipping Policy.

Returning/Exchanging a 'FREE SHIPPING' Item:

  • All returned FREE SHIPPING items must adhere to the same instructions and requirements as found in the previous paragraphs and policies.
  • ALL returns that meet the requirements above will be given a refund, exchange, or store credit for the full amount less the shipping costs incurred by Man Cave Plus, LLC for the original cost of shipping.
  • For ANY exchange the customer will become responsible for the original cost of shipping incurred by Man Cave Plus, LLC AS WELL AS the cost of shipping to return the item to us for exchange. If the replacement item is a FREE SHIPPING item, there will be no charge to ship the item back to the customer.

Returning a Personalized or Customized Item:

  •  These items CANNOT be returned for ANY reason other than an error where we are found to be at fault. In this case, the item can be returned and a replacement will be shipped back at no cost to the customer.

Shipping Policy

General Shipping Policy:

  • We ONLY ship to addresses in the lower 48 U.S. States at this time. (See 'Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska' for information regarding shipment to these states) 
  • We CANNOT ship to APO/FPO addresses, P.O Boxes, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.
  • All deliveries must be inspected at the time of delivery for damage. (See 'Damaged Shipments' for more information)
  • All orders will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping through UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, or any other shipping/delivery service of our choice.
  •  Some items may qualify for faster shipping options. Contact us for availability and pricing 
  • Customers should expect a delivery time of 7-10 days. *NOTE: Shipping times may be increased during the holiday season.*
  • Personalized or Customized products may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.
  • Items ordered together may be shipped seperately; and possibly from different locations.
  • Ordered items may ship directly from the manufacturer.
  • Customer will be responsible for any and all charges incurred by Man Cave Plus, LLC by any shipping/freight company for address corrections once the order has shipped (due to wrong address being provided by customer at the time of order placement, change of address, etc.) and also as a result of a refusal of any and/or all packages at the time of delivery.
  • We cannot be responsible for deliveries that arrive later than expected due to weather or any other act of nature. We apologize for any inconvenience these weather related delays may cause you to experience.
  • If an item on any order is SOLD OUT or on backorder, shipping costs for that order will be recalculated to only include items actually being shipped. Upon arrival of item back in stock, the item will be shipped and shipping charges will apply.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable; this includes any and all costs charged to Man Cave Plus, LLC for shipping products sold as FREE SHIPPING!
  • Any problems with the shipment or delivery of your order that is found to be our fault will be covered by us with no added cost to you. 

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska:

If you would like to purchase an item with a delivery address in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact our Customer Service Department to verify that your purchase qualifies as well as a quote for shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Shipping to Canada:

If you would like to purchase an item with a delivery address in Canada, please contact our Customer Service Department to verify that your purchase can be shipped to Canada as well as a quote for shipping costs. All costs incurred by Canadian or U.S. Customs will be the responsibility of the customer. If Man Cave Plus, LLC receives any bill from Canadian or U.S. Customs, the amount will be billed to the customer.  We reserve the right to send any unpaid Customs amount to collection if the amount is not paid within 30 days of billing.

Free Shipping Policy:

  • All FREE SHIPPING orders will be shipped via standard ground shipping by UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS or a delivery service of our choice.
  • Orders may qualify for faster shipping at an additional charge. Contact us for details and pricing BEFORE making your purchase
  • Customer will become responsible for any and all shipping charges, including the shipping cost incurred by us for the original order shipment upon returning or exchanging any item/s. (See our 'Return/Exchange Policy' for more information) 

Damaged and/or Missing Shipments:

In the event that your order arrives damaged, DO NOT refuse the package as this will result in added costs to you.  Please take the following steps:

  1. Notify the delivery driver immediately. If the driver has already left, contact the delivery service directly and make a report of the damage. Follow the instructions given to you at that time.
  2. Contact Man Cave Plus and inform us of the damage and the instructions given to you. By doing this we can verify with the delivery service that the issue will be resolved. We will then give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). DO NOT ship the damaged item back without this number or we will not be able to accept the item for refund, return or exchange. All damage must be reported to us within 3 days to be eligible for refund, return or exchange.
  3. You MUST save the damaged merchandise in it's entirety including any and all packaging and materials that were included. These items include: packaging, boxes, containers, styrofoam, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. If any of these items are missing upon inspection, we will not be able to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.

Cancelling a Shipment and/or Refusing a Delivery:

If you decide, after making a purchase, you no longer wish to receive the item/s, the easiest thing to do is accept the package and immediately return the item for a refund using our 60 Day Return Policy. See our Return Policy for information regarding returns.

Cancelling an order once it is placed is very difficult to do; however please contact us to see if the order has been shipped. If it has not yet been shipped, cancelling the order should not be a problem.  If the order has been shipped, it is nearly impossible to stop the shipment without added costs. Any costs that are incurred to Man Cave Plus, LLC, if stopping the shipment is possible, will become the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the original cost of shipping.

If a customer refuses any delivery for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the original cost of shipping the item, AND the cost of shipping the item back to us. These costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you decide you want to cancel an order, contact our Customer Service Department IMMEDIATELY!!! We will do our best to get the order cancelled, however, there is a chance that this may not be possible. If the order has been processed but not shipped, there is a good possibility that the order can be cancelled, however, you may be subject to a small fee. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please accept the package at delivery and proceed with our Return Policy which can be reviewed in the second section of this page. Do not refuse the package at the time of delivery. This WILL result in added costs to you!

Error Policy

Should there be an error on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department.  If the error is found to be on our part, we will be more than happy to replace the product free of any additional charges. If the error (mistyped spelling, mistyped/wrong/bad delivery address, wrong product ordered, etc.) is found to be the fault of the customer, all policies found under 'Store Policies' will remain in effect and must be followed.

Release of Liability:

Man Cave Plus, LLC, mancaveplus.com, or any other entity operating under the name and license of said company will not and cannot be responsible in any way for damage or injuries resulting in the use of our website or products. This includes any and all damage to computers or networks while viewing, surfing and/or making a purchase on any site owned and/or operated by Man Cave Plus, LLC. In addition we will not and cannot be responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons that occurs from the installation, use or abuse, for any reason, at any time, the products sold under the name and/or license of Man Cave Plus, LLC.  All purchases are made and used at your own risk!
