Q: Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

A: No, you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.  Follow the checkout process as required and click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" below the PayPal sign-in section. You can now securely checkout using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Bank card.

Q: Why do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

A: By providing the information by creating an account, we are able to serve you better.  You will receive order status updates, be able to check the order status at any time, be provided with a shipper's tracking number and also view a history of all your past orders.  It also gives us the information needed to contact you in the event we have information regarding your order.  We prefer to be honest with our customers and not provide a "Guest Checkout" that obtains and stores the information without the customer's knowledge.

Q: Will you sell my account information?

A: Never. All information is confidential and protected on our secure server.  Your information is used only to help us serve you better and contact you in the event there is an issue with your order.

Q: Can I make an order over the phone or pay by personal check?

A: Yes.  Phone orders are always accepted and appreciated the same as making a purchase through the shopping cart.  We will accept personal checks but please understand your order will not be processed and shipped until the check has been cleared by our bank.  This process may take up to 7 days.  Please contact us for more information if you wish to pay by check.

Q: Will you match a competitor's price?

A: We will do our best to price match a competitor's online price.  If you plan to inquire about price matching please include (or have ready if inquiring by phone):  The website selling the item, the online price including shipping to your location, the item or part# on the website.  The item must be in stock and available to ship for us to price match. Feel free to contact us for information.

Q: Will you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada?

A: We do our best to ship our products to customers anywhere in the world.  If you would like an item shipped out of the Continental U.S. please contact us before making your purchase to be sure that item can be shipped to your location.  There will most likely be additional shipping fees and possible Custom's Fees (for Canada) that will be the customer's responsibility to pay.
